False because Yale, like all Ivy League schools, does not offer the required amount of football scholarships to be counted as an FCS win for bowl eligibility which is 90% scholarships allotted over a 2-year period.

I’m sure if UConn went 6-6 and beat Yale, and there was an open bowl spot, they would get in.

Yes, but that's not the standard. That would require a waiver.
