On ESPN's standings page, I counted seven only FBS winless teams. Most teams are able to at least buy one FCS win (or are good enough they don't even have to buy their win). Florida State tried to buy their FCS win and still lost! But at least they have company (cough Arizona).

Mark Stoops is laughing.

Everyone laughs at Mark Stoops so he’s used to it. He’s a heart attack looking for a place to happen. His wife dumped him a few months ago and he hasn’t handled it well at all.
