As mentioned in the article it makes no sense for Boise or Memphis to make a move to another conference until the Big 12 expand further (or not) issue is resolved.

Nothing is guaranteed though. I can see this happening and then add a couple basketball schools

Boise can do what TCU did, back out of the invite from the AAC if the Big 12 calls you.
