LOL at the Raleigh CMSA(never heard of it by the way) being the dominant metro between DC & ATL in the next 30 years but on a serious note if the HQ does move then the Charlotte area does make a lot of sense. They could locate somewhere like Southend or the redeveloped Balantyne corporate park. If you really want to be seen as shaking up the old ways you could move across the state line to Fort Mill, Indian Land or Rock Hill
