Forbes estimates the Bills are worth $2.05 billion.

If $1.5 billion is invested in exchange for partial ownership, and that $1.5 billion is added to the $2.05 billion valuation of what the Pegulas already own, then the people/city would own about 42% of the Bills franchise. (1.5 รท [1.5 + 2.05] = about 42.25%.)

That's pretty far from what the Pegulas are proposing, which is that the city invest $1.5 billion in exchange for 0.0% ownership. 07-coffee3
