RE: Flashes picked to win MAC East in football
Behind a pay wall here are some of the details.

"Lewis will be paid a base salary of $480,000 for the 2022 and 2023 seasons, then $500,000 for the 2024 and 2025 seasons plus the $50,000 annual supplemental."

"If Lewis leaves before January 31 of 2022 he must pay Kent State $800,000, a sum that is reduced $50,000 annually moving forward."

"one-time allocation of $125,000 to award his assistant coaches at his discretion. His assistant coaches salary pool will then be increased $15,000 annually during the remaining years of the contract."

"Beginning in 2022, the Flashes program will receive $50,000 for the first guarantee game each season, another $50,000 for the second, then $100,000 if a third Power 5 opponent is scheduled in a single season. The contract states that 75 percent of the total sum each season must be used for 'student-athlete facing projects.'"
