I was in the same boat on the JSU tix. Thought I had ordered them but it didnt show in the portal. So I checked my email and sure enough I had ordered them. It came as a separate email from my season ticket order with the subject UAB Athletics Ticket Confirmation. Might want to double check that you didnt just buy a second set!
