10 teams for me:

Notre Dame
Penn State
UVA
VT
UNC
Duke
Clemson
GT
FSU
Miami

North East Conference, that I would have liked to have seen :

BC
UConn
Syracuse
Temple
Maryland
Penn State
Pitt
WVU
Cincinnati
Louisville

I realize Penn State is in both conferences. If these conferences had to exist concurrently leave Penn State in the ACC and Add Memphis to the NEC.
