People saying J Lawson is a PG prospect need to stop watching all those AAU highlights showing him in open space and go watch one of his high school games where people actually guard him.

There is ZERO chance that J Lawson is a D1 PG. His first step is slow as molasses, high center of gravity+weak core means he can't turn corners, and his handle under pressure is very loose. High school 2nd string guards press up on him with no fear at all of him blowing by.

No exaggeration when I say this - Mason Miller is a more dangerous off-dribble threat in half-court than Lawson. In our offense J Lawson is an unathletic SF or an undersized PF.
