The problem with the transfer rule
"The NCAA is set to pass a new rule that student-athletes in all sports can transfer without having to sit out a year moving forward. The pool is massive and will exceed 1,000 players in the portal by this weekend." (from the Rutgers blog)

It is what it is. We will get some and lose some. But the problem with this rule is that 20 year old kids will almost always choose sizzle over steak. They will transfer to a Sleezipari school before they will transfer to a Beard school. And a free transfer rule pretty much guarantees that discipline will go out the window to a large extent.
