Oh, quite the opposite. These things happen in the dark of night amongst disguised participants. There may be an innocent looking inquiry from SMU about the Physics Department at Boise. That turns in to a secret memorandum from Aresco handed off to what appears to be a low level functionary who tutors in the lab, who immediately walks it over the the Boise Prez. Things that don't turn up in an FOIA request. Who know Wichita was coming a few years ago? This is all behind the scenes. This thread is here to try and uncover the intrigue.
