Refer back to post #1 by tigerx3. I am just saying that with the final action taken by LSU that I sure would not recruit him just to get a supposedly better QB and take the chance with him doing the same thing at the Univ. of Memphis.

Where in post #1 does it say he was brought on charges? He was accused and suspended by LSU. There was nothing criminal ever brought. If there was a real case for rape, why weren't charges filed.

It's a he said, she said. Smells so much like someone changing their mind after the act.

So I just want to clarify, because so many here seem to think charges were filed and he's a criminal. If you have the opinion we shouldn't have taken him, then that's a valid opinion. But don't indicate that he is a known rapist - which is sort of what your post did.
