March 6, I hope I have to make a tough choice
In the upside down world in which we currently find ourselves, JMU is scheduled to play at Elon in football on March 6. This is also the day the CAA men's hoops tournament is scheduled to begin. Games at Elon are a big deal for me since it is only a 95 mile drive from my home. My first ECAC South/CAA tournament was in 1982 in Norfolk. I haven't missed very many since then.

I hope that I have a tough choice to make as to which event to attend in person. I fear that I might not be given the chance to attend either event.

One season I attended 50 D1 men's basketball games in addition to having minor league baseball season tickets and going to a handful of college and NFL football games. I am a junkie for live sports.

I went to the CAA tourney in 2020, I really hope that this thing doesn't stretch out so that it is a full 12 months or more in between for me attending sporting events in person.

Come on vaccine and let's play ball. 04-cheers
