Who will be W&M’s next AD? 5 Names to Consider
It's very accurate to say that a lot of people wanted her out after firing Shaver. Problem there is that she broke no rule in dismissing a coach. It's also very accurate to say that cutting 7 programs, namely swimming, hit many people at a very deep & personal level. Deep enough to reignite the Huge haters of 3/2019 and ignite the Huge haters of 9/2020. Like two large streams colliding to make a river.

I think it's fair to say that the boiling anger of our swimming community, with their established organizational skills & outreach, absolutely directly led to her dismissal. Yes, Huge did it to herself, but our swimming community forced action against her. Title IV was a legal excuse and plagiarism was an ethical excuse employed to fuel their effort.
