I definitely agree with you but from the outside looking in I don't know why someone with that skillset would take the job. It's unfair but not inaccurate to describe WM as "a school without a national profile in the middle of a budget crisis whose fanbase just ran off their previous AD." I don't know who would step in to that situation unless they had a lot of WM love.
