"A transformation of the Pennsylvania’s state university system will continue to be explored with a look at “integrating” six universities into two separate institutions without any campus being closed.

The State System of Higher Education’s governing board on Wednesday affirmed the ongoing feasibility of integrating California, Clarion and Edinboro into one institution and Lock Haven, Mansfield and Bloomsburg into another one."
