Supreme Court
With Biden likely victorious in November unless something drastic changes, it's imperative that the Senate stay with the Republican Party. Ginsberg is out sometime in 2021, rumors of Breyer being after that in the first term.

With Roberts moving to the left after every tied vote, it's crucial to get at least one reasonable moderate on the bench.
