It's indeed true that outdoors are safe in nearly all circumstances. At least 2/3 of COVID cases got it indoors. And you have to inhale the virus, it doesn't even seem like people are catching this thing by getting it on their hands.

That being said, yelling/shouting increases the risk of someone inhaling the virus, so that has to be factored in a bit.

Money talks, BS walks. That's all that will be factored in. They are not going to tank the athletic departments around the country over this. The medical experts are going to come around all of the sudden. Mark my words.

I could see that happening. Despite the lockdown, the California governor already stated pro sports are going to happen, to the surprise of many.

If Cali does it, everyone else will, they would be the last ones to do it i'd have expected
