In the case of the ACC, I tried to only preserve existing OOC games - starting, of course, with the 6 games setup with Notre Dame this year. I had to switch a few games - like UConn was set to play at UNC but the Tar Heels also have Auburn, so I moved UConn to Syracuse (which didn't have any OOC games it could really keep), etc.


See, conferences always mess these things up ! :)
Notre Dame replaces Clemson with Miami so that the Tigers can keep the Gamecocks, and VT replaces GT so that the Jackets can play the Bulldogs. Stuff like that.

In this scenario, ND might want to cut an ACC game or two to keep others on the schedule, like Navy, Stanford and Wisconsin.

My premise was no OOC games for Big Ten or Pac-12 teams due to their 9-game conference schedules... but you could play 5 ACC teams + Navy, I suppose (assuming the Middies are available)
