The Goop Lab with Gwyneth Paltrow; I watched it so none of you have to...
Unlikely that this topic speaks much to most on this board... but I did sit down to watch the Goop Netflix series that just dropped yesterday. 6 episodes, half-hour each.

Truly dreadful. Pseudoscience bull ****. Touches on energy healing, psychedelics, speaking to the dead, cold yoga, and health-span dieting.

THE ONLY redeeming episode was the 3rd, "The Pleasure is Ours" which broached topics on sex education, body awareness, reducing sex shame stigmas, and female anatomy education. It was the only one that felt like a true expert was guiding the way in Betty Dodson. At the very least, for those of you with wives, it might help in the bedroom.

Good review here:

If any of your girlfriends or wives try and trick you into watching it... just say no. I lost of a lot of respect for Netflix for putting this content out there. Goop is a dangerous brand and true 21st-century snake oil sales.
