I disagree. This announcement clearly indicates that if they get enough schools on board the the core 7 plus 3 new recruits will be taking up the CCSA as their new all sports home.

They wont have the ASUN auto bid. The current ASun will have the ASun autobid under a different name. Similar to how the AAC had the old Big East's auto bid.

The ASUN proposes that the CCSA will then be granted a new autobid as they will be a D1 multisport conference that must be recognized as a CORE CONFERENCE due to having 7 schools, the ASUN 7, which have played together for 8 years. Similar to how the Big East was granted a new auto bid after it was formed
