Would have loved for him to go to South, but he was injured the second game of this season and missed the rest of it. So we are happy with any attention he is getting. He has recovered, it was a foot injury.

If it's out of state it's not worth it.. I had a few friends put themselves in massive debt with nothing to show for it just to play baseball in college at a d3 school.

Many times its not. I had a chance to play baseball at an NAIA school in Arkansas. It was a good private school, that offered my degree, but I knew I would only receive minimal financial support for playing baseball, and the school was expensive. I had already been offered a full academic scholarship with a $1500-$2k stipend a year to go to stAte. So, I gave up my delusional hopes of making it to the MLB, and went to stAte.
