I could have sworn they've only gotten into alt Earths with the Flash's show, and then when they added Supergirl from her Earth. I think last year's crossover somehow got another Earth's Batgirl involved.

The event is all the new and old movies and tv shows involved. It is based on the DC Comics 1980s called Crisis of Infinite Earths. They travel to each earth as each earth are being destroyed by the Anti-Matter. Teen Titans Earth X was destroyed in the first episode of the event. The third cliffhanger episode had the Kingdom Come Superman (Brandon Routh) changed into Lex Luther (Jon Cryer.) One funny event is that Jon Cryer played Lenny Luther the nephew of Lex in Superman 4. Brandon Routh is the role of Superman that represents George Reeves whose storyline continued with Christopher Reeve Superman movie whose storyline ended up with Routh in Superman Returns which was supposed to be Reeve's last role as the man of steel before his horse riding accident.

Now under the DC multiverse, each Earth have Doppelgangers of each other. Like Batman is the bad guy while the Joker is a crime fighter. There are such things like that.
John Wesley Shipp plays The father of the Flash today. But, he played The Flash in the 1990 tv series which he was used before a season or two ago. Today's Flash called him dad which it turned out to be him from another Earth.
Dean Cain showed up on Supergirl as her adopted father. So, he would be the Doppelganger of Earth 93 Superman when he played the role.
Lynda Carter played The President of the United States of America on Supergirl which she is the Doppelganger of Wonder Woman on Earth 75.
Mark Hamill did appeared on one of these shows, but he would be a Doppelganger of the Joker from Batman Beyond.
Brandon Routh plays the Atom in Legends of Tomorrow. Which his Doppelganger to the Superman 78.

Too bad Adam West died, or he would have been in this. I think the last episode of the crisis would get all the Superheroes from all Earths together for the final showdown against Anti-matter.

Crisis of Ifinate Earths

I hope more come out.

Sounds like Gene Hackman is coming out of retirement to be Lex Luther from the Reeve's movies. Jon Cryer played his nephew in Superman 4.

Mark Hamill could be there as either the Joker or Trickster, maybe both.

Christopher Reeve appeared on Smallville.

Annette O'Toole who played Lana Lane in Superman 3 played Martha Kent on Smallville who took the infant Clark in.

Sarah Douglas played the baddie in Superman 2 appeared on Supergirl.

Terrance Stamp who played General Zod in Superman 1 and 2 is Jor-El and his voice on Smallville which is Clark's dad on Krypton.

Marc McClure as Jimmy Olsen in the Superman and Supergirl movies appeared on Smallville.

That is why they are tying all the Earths together as a multiverse into DCU.
