If you really think about it, if the long term thought was Shaver wasn't your guy, giving a new coach a decent roster to win with immediately is a great long term move. That didn't really seem to work out in respect to a great long term move.

Right, time will tell if they have the right guy to continue to build on what looks to be a solid year 1.
