That's always been the case. He's never been a great X and O guy. He wins with teams he can roll the ball out and let play, because he's a GREAT recruiter(usually).
Sound familiar? (minus the five star guy thing of course)

Yeah, I made that statement with tongue firmly implanted in cheek. The book on Roy and his coaching tree is pretty much common knowledge at this point lol.
