Kiir left for personal reasons, but I put that in the injury catagory, i.e. an unexpected loss.

That depends a lot on what those reasons are, IMO.

I mean they expected him to play and now he is not. If it is for discipline reasons, or personal, or injury it affects the team the same, the loss of an expected contributer.
