Not called pay...ODU Alumni that have businesses need to set up "Special" summer jobs for these players where they get paid for doing work.

Its how the big boys do it now. That will become the norm even for non-P5 schools as soon as the NCAA lets the athletes make money off of their likenesses etc. "Hey 4* QB recruit, what is the Rutgers alumnus offering you? Priority Chevrolet will offer you $10k more than that if you sign with ODU and we can use your photo in our ads." I wonder if schools will be able to pay the kids for that too. If thats the case the p5 split is happening. Theres no way a nonP5 can pay kids millions. A P5 could simply take 5-10 million from their media deals and use it to buy recruits.
