News of the Day:
#1 NDSU crushes #10 Illinois State at ISU: 37-3
This is NDSU’s 26th straight victory (the longest streak in FCS is 33 games, also by NDSU in 2012-14).
It was posted on twitter that tickets to get into this game were selling for more than Notre Dame’s game with Bowling Green.

Gold: FBS upset
(none)

Silver: FCS upsets
VMI beats the Citadel: 34-21. The Keydets last beat the Citadel on Nov. 16, 2002.
North Dakota beats #12 Cal-Davis with 46 yard FG with less than 1 minute on the clock.
#16 Nicholls over #11 Cent Ark: 34-14.
McNeese over #17 SE LA: 38-34.

Bronze: Near upset
#24 Stony Brook takes # 2 James Madison to OT before falling
Tenn Tech takes #24 SEMO to 2 OT’s before falling
Cal Poly take #6 Mont. State to OT before falling.
Sac State is up on #22 EWU by 14 points in the 4th Q. (I’m not staying up for the end of this one)
---------update: Sac State defeats EWU by 21 points (48-27)
