As far as I'm concerned, those don't matter. Every one of them is paid for for every game.

ETA: I am in the blue chairbacks on the West side. The lady that sits next to us and her daughter were in the concourse for the first 3 quarters of the game. Too hot to be in the sun, but they were there in the building.
