Wins are in bold

1. FL A&M @ UCF (UCF 62-0)
2. Boise St vs. Florida State (Boise St. 36-31)
3. UCLA @ Cincinnati (Cinci 24-14)
3. Fresno St @ USC (USC 31-23)
5. Utah St @ Wake Forest (Wake Forest 38-35)
6. Ole Miss @ Memphis (Memphis 15-10)
7. E. Tenn State @ App St (App St. 42-7)
8. Alabama State @ UAB(UAB 24-19)
9. Houston @ Oklahoma (Oklahoma 49-31)
10. Abilene Christian @ North Texas (North Texas 51-31)

Who should move out, and who should replace them?

For now I would move out the all of the losers and UAB. My replacements would be Mizzou, Hawaii, and Georgia St. for sure and then either Temple, Tulane, SMU, Nevada, or Troy for the last spot.
I didn't realize Mizzou left the SEC.

Lmao oops. Thanks for the correction.
