It is UnConstitutional since the Legal imigrants do pay taxes and the Welfare comes out of those taxes. Lets just stick to the Illegals and stop penalizing the legals who do it the right way.

Surely you dont think its right for a non citizen to get government money? Well, like you said...some of them at least worked and paid taxes. Even then, like with you....they dont deserve part of my money
