Lets look at your list.
American EAST: Albany and Stony Brook would accept an FBS invite.
AAC:All 4 you listed could get drafted into a P5 conference.
ASUN:FGCU, Liberty and Kennesaw State could get an FBS invite.
Big Sky:Idaho, Montana and Montana State could go FBS.
Big West:UC-Davis, Long Beach State and UC-Irvine could be targets for FBS if the later 2 adds football.
CAA:James Madison, Towson and William and Mary could go FBS.
C-USA:UAB and S. Miss. could go to the AAC.
A10:Umass., Dayton and VCU all could go to the AAC.
MAC:Buffalo and Ohio could be likely expansion targets.
MVC:Indiana State could go to the MAC.
MEAC:North Carolina A&T could be capable to compete in FBS.
MWC:All four all targets for a P5 conference.
OVC:Jacksonville State and Murray State FBS.
Patriot:Army and Navy full FBS conference.
Southern:Chattanooga is a team that FBS conferences want.
Southland:The last 3 could go FBS.
SWAC:Alabama State does have a FBS size stadium which could host a bowl game.
Summit:Those 4 to FBS would be great.
SBC:3 of the four could go to C-USA.
WCC:BYU to the MWC or a P5 conference.
WAC:New Mexico State wants to move all programs to FBS conference.
