I think in all of this it really exposes something about Mick and that is he really wasn’t very likable. And I think that was directly seen in his inability to recruit. Recruiting is salesmanship and good salesman are likable and good talkers and Mick was none of that and I think that’s why he couldn’t get the kids he wanted and that forced his hand into getting projects and playing defensive basketball. I think he was his own worst enemy in that area.

Agree completely with all of this.
