Football championship would be better for the university.

I've said that if UC went undefeated this season and O$U's only loss was to UC, that O$U would get into the playoff over UC (Or be ranked higher). Though I am coming around that if UC went undefeated this season, we would get into the playoff as that O$U feather would be a pretty big one and the anchor holding back UCF has been a bad non-conference schedule. We still may by behind O$U, but I think we'd have at least a 50/50 chance. Beating O$U and UCLA would give us a legit chance if we ran the table. UCF is showing that the AAC is not that far off the P5 conferences. I do think the committee would have a tough time keeping UC out, unless the SEC, ACC and Big 12 had undefeated champions as well and maybe even with ND in the mix. They would really feel heat if UC was undefeated with a victory over O$U on the road, which is what they used the keep UCF out.

Hopefully we get to find out.
