If we had Thomas this team team would've surprised people! We've shooters and length! Just not a star! I say 17 wins is possible with that schedule! Murphy most likely won't be back! If we someone go 9-9 in conference, do we fire Murphy? Remember the 10 years before him!!!!

Murphy's team have historically relied on JUCOs and transfers. For us who have followed the team this wasn't surprising. Apparently Murphy didn't believe he could win with the team he recruited so many transferred out. I agree Thomas would be helpful but remember when we recruited Rafus Jr and the great predictions? Thomas isn't here for a reason so we play with those who are here. Great things were forecast here for last year's team and they didn't produce the expected results. Maybe hard work and teamwork will produce better results. I am interested in seeing this team in action-against other mid majors but not Concordia or Goshen-sorry.

James you are, once again, right on target. EMU has been picked to win the MAC West twice in the past three seasons and the results have been disastrous. Rob seems to do better when expectations are lower.
