He takes criticism but let me give you the positive. It doesn’t matter who starts in men’s college basketball. Carver is very smart. He’s an engineering major taking a full load. 10-14 minutes is perfectly fine.

Out of curiosity, what is your coaching background? You seem to have a coaching philosophy & have a belief that you know how many minutes each guy should get, so I am wondering what coaching tree you came from?

0 coaching experience in basketball, but an opinion I post on a message board. I show up to pretty much every game and support the team, no matter who is on the court. Would I ever tell JJ I know more about who should play and who shouldn't...HELL NO. What I can do is go to a place, where I can share my opinions that don't matter to anyone on the coaching staff. If you would like, I can stop sharing my thoughts on the game. Is that what you are aiming for? If it is, let me know, and I'll do my best to make sure you feel really comfortable about reading the things I post.

Just wondering why a guy who has never coached thinks they know more about distribution of minutes then a coach.

You’re more then welcome to post your opinion, but when you constantly bring up Carver’s minutes and your belief that he plays too much, etc it’s annoying. Especially since you have no idea how to construct a lineup.

But since you’re a super fan who goes to every game, you’re obviously the next Phil Jackson
