Read on the main board that their AD said $900k was the minimum for their next hire. I assume that doesn't include incentives. So probably $1.5 or so.

Pretty impressive stuff their new AD is doing.

This is what it costs to be competitive. Our AD needs to figure out how to spend similarly. They knocked it out of the park with both basketball and football coaches in the last 12 months, meanwhile we are out here paying FCS (Football) and Low Major (Basketball) salaries.
