Log on to whatever service provider you have, or create an account with your service provider. Go to the ESPN app, pull up your provider , and log in with that same info you use on your service account. I use the Hulu live platform, and used that info. Hope that helps. My parents have had direct TV 10 yrs and never logged onto their account until a few weeks ago when they wanted to see a football game.
