BJCC Bond Sale Closed Today
Alan Collins reported that the BJCC closed on their sale of the stadium/arena bonds and received proceeds of $320M.

Based on previous reports of $175M for the stadium and $125M for the arena renovations, is the other $20M being spent on other upgrades like the exhibit halls?
