I hope this moves NCAA policy some. I despise vacating wins/titles/etc. I am not against punishing, but I hate it when they pretend events did not happen. If a team won, even with cheaters, it still won. Punish the school, maybe significantly, but do not mess with the historical stats.

Note: If they force a school to take down a banner, I won't complain. Don't have them publish incorrect win/title numbers though. Just a pet peeve of mine and had been one for a long time.
