According to the contract, FCC fronted the moneyandUC paid it back thru concessions.

My understanding is that FCC paid for it, but then held on to 100% of the concessions money until they gained that back at which point UC and FCC began splitting concession money.

Of course, the argument then is that they "lost" out on that initial concession money, therefore you frame it as UC paid for it. Then the counterargument to that would be that the concession money wouldn't have existed in the first place had FCC not played at Nippert.

Don't you understand that its all about those damn notches!! ? ?
