Either way, way to waste an amazing opportunity in surgical residency at a top notch hospital group like Vandy.

I know the hospital my wife works at they're not allowed to use their phone except at break and they get those just a couple times during a shift, due to cellphones being a major distraction especially if you're caring for people. Makes me wonder if Vandy checked his work schedule with his Twitter rants and he was doing it on the clock.
