Yep besides recruiting a good qb / bad luck on injuries, clock management at times, preparing his team for bowl games, and his interviewing skills... he is great.

Some great trick play calling, too. A punter passing out of his own end zone is a classic.

All that matters is wins and running a clean program. Both of which Carey seems to have done an admirable job.
Not that Carey has done a bad job, he just could have done a better job. This team has had talent wasted.
