And just because a school is good at women’s field hockey does not mean they should be excused for having a crappy football program and giving the conference a bad look. And yes I expect EMU and Kent fans to get a little salty.

Football isn't everything. The MAC has some very strong programs in the non-revenue sports.

And what about academics? You want to kick out Miami, one of the most (if not the most) academically prestigious schools in our conference?

You want to talk football though?
Miami were MAC champs in 2010.
Ball State went to the MACC in 2008.
Kent State went in 2012.
In 2013, WMU went 1-11.

Should WMU have been kicked out after that abysmal season?

Sure football isn’t everything but let’s be honest it’s the most important sport and brings schools the most publicity, plus it’s part of the whole college experience. Every program has its ups and downs as you saw with WMU’s 1-11 season, but that was a rebuilding year, and in the next couple years we won the Bahamas bowl and then went undefeated and went to a NY6 bowl, Kent st, EMU, and ball st are some of the worst programs historically as far as football goes and they consistently drag the MAC attendance numbers wayyyyy down, some years they struggle to break 10k fans on average, certainly that’s reason enough!!?

Do you ever stop talking??

Sorry for wanting the conference to improve???

No..... you just beat a dead horse, every time you speak.
