Underpants Gnomes. Or, IIRC, we've described it as chicken and egg. The problem is each side is waiting for the other side to show commitment and nothing changes.

Be the great or follow in the footsteps of the greats. Maybe you see if your coach can bring in better teammates, but we were ranked this year, so his teammates couldn't have been that bad. But if he needs more competitive practices in order to get better and, therefore, not try and break a guy's arm when he's losing a match, probably best for him to move on.
