Does high school not count? Does AAU not count? Does he need to coach a JuCO for a few years before you label him as having previous coaching experience? The man is a coach haha

I coached high school and AAU baseball for a few years and coached players who went on to play at D1 programs and players who got drafted. Does that qualify me to coach at a top 50 D1 baseball program?

Did you ever play professional baseball? No. Did Roy Williams? Coach K? Bill Self? Jay Wright? Mark Price did. Chris Mullen did.

Were you ever named an All-Star while playing professionally? See Above.

Did you ever win state titles as a coach let alone 3 peat that accomplishment? Cool. Let's hire Jack Baker.

Did you run your AAU team as "front man" and control all aspects of your team? Definitely have never been any kind of front man. I think that may be a point in my favor.

If you answered "NO" to any of those, please sit down. Furthermore, I love how you're comparing yourself to Penny Hardaway lol very comical.
