You’re confusing the AD with Prez Fry. Fry derided Temple for wanting an on-campus stadium, although I think Temple building an on-campus stadium is dumb too, but if you guys want to do it with 100% guaranteed, iron clad no tax money where if it blows up on you you’re willing to kill the program? Knock yourselves out.
