Hence why I put the Private part in with what I said. Plus the State allowed CNU and VCU to start engineering programs and invested tax payer $ to do so when ODU is in the region. Why not invest a little more in ODU's program. So the State doesn't want to help ODU / Region ? why is that ?

It would require a MAJOR investment. It would also require EVMS to make concessions due to the financial risk they bring and they have been unwilling to this point.

The only way it happens is if we follow Liberty's path and get a grant/donation from the tobacco commission to fund the merger. Try selling that in Richmond.

Depends what you mean by MAJOR

Sorry. Bad joke. I was referencing how the thread is a Major announcement and it turned out to be a dud. I'll do better next time!
