It appears that he is going to Lawrence Central. Do you think he will funnel any players our way? It seemed like Butch Jones recruited Indy a lot heavier than the golfer.

Based on his history he will likely funnel them to B10 schools.

Not to derail this into another Kerry Coombs thread, but the only reason Jones recruited Indy so well was because of KC. Coombs coached there for a stretch early in his career and had a lot of contacts at Warren Central, Pike and Ben Davis. Tuberville only recruited one scholarship player out of Indy (Gerrid Doaks- who ironically went to Lawrence Central).

I imagine if a player is good enough, this staff will be on it. They're big on recruiting within the 100 mile radius of campus. I also think they'll continue to recruit heavily in Illinois and in GA/FL/other parts of the South based on some connections coaches have in those regions.

RJ Potts was out of Indy, so this staff is looking into that area.
