There isn't a ton of seats going in. That's where it gets expensive. The more seats the more bathrooms that have to match certain quotas. I think 30 million is pretty spot on.

Yea. I think part of the confusion is that they originally quoted it as 40-50 million, so dropping down to 30m is a lot lower. That said, the existing tower and 2nd deck on the home side, completed in 2010, was only a 16 million. The student side is just the seats with a lot of brick behind it, but won't even be a real tower.
